DROGMAN SARL, DROGMAN, INC. and their global offices, collectively referred to hereunder as "Drogman International" or simply "Drogman", maintain this website (the "Site") as a service to their clients. These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Drogman International and visitors to this Web site.
- Unless otherwise specified, the Site and the contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting the translation of texts into and from various languages.
- Drogman may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, the Site from time to time without notice.
- Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, text and other elements that may appear as part of the Site, and all HTML, CGI and other code and scripts in any format used to implement the Site are copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual properties owned or controlled by, or licensed to, Drogman or to their respective authors.
- Except for the purpose of commissioning translations, the contents of the Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for informational and non-commercial use. You may download or copy the materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. You may print in hard copy portions of the Site with the sole intent of commissioning translations from Drogman. Except for the purposes set forth herein, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, upload, download, transmit, re-publish, prepare for redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes, or otherwise distribute any content or code from the Site without the prior written agreement of Drogman.
- Failure to comply with Sections 2.1 and 2.2 above will constitute a violation of copyright, trademark or other proprietary and industrial property rights.
- You assume all responsibility and risk with respect to your use of the Site. Drogman disclaims all warranties, representations and endorsements, express or implied, with regard to information accessed from or via the Site, including, but not limited to warranty of title, merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Drogman makes no warranties in respect of any website to which you may be directed or hyperlinked from the Site. Hyperlinks are included solely for your convenience.
- Drogman does not warrant that the Site is free of computer viruses, bugs or other harmful components. Where data is delivered by Internet or other telecommunication path, the client is responsible for the final virus check on the transferred data and text files. Drogman will not recognize any claim for damages. The transfer of text and data electronically will be executed by Drogman at the risk of the client. Drogman accepts no liability for defective, incomplete or lost text and data as a result of electronic transfer.
- Drogman does not warrant that the functioning of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that errors will be detected or corrected. Drogman makes no warranty in respect of the performance of the Site, the servers on which the Site is hosted or the technical equipment associated with the use of the Site. Drogman will not be liable for interruptions in service due to outages, breakdowns or other causes of whatever kind.
- In no event will drogman be liable for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any other damages of whatever kind resulting from whatever cause, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other type of damage, tangible or intangible in nature, whether in an action under theories of contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of or in any way relating to the use or performance of the information on, or accessed through the site.
- You assume responsibility for all telephone, telecommunication and other costs that you incur in connection with your use of the site. you further acknowledge, by your use of the site, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of the site, and that drogman will not be liable for any damages of any kind related to the use of this site.
- You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Drogman harmless from and against any and all claims for damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
